The practice
Colleagues in work, and in life.
We are Ángela and Jesús, clinical psychologists, colleagues in our profession and partners in life. We share the same way of understanding psychology: with rigour, warmth, respect for each person's story, and training that keeps growing year after year.
We came to private practice from different paths and experiences — but complementary ones. That diversity is precisely one of our strengths: it lets us bring different perspectives, learn from one another, and build a way of working where clinical experience, ongoing professional development, and a particular sensitivity to relationships, family and the process of change all come together.
For Ángela, returning to private practice means doing so with a wealth of accumulated experience, and also from a personal outlook reshaped by motherhood. Being a mother to two girls has been, for her, a constant source of learning, emotional growth and professional development.
For Jesús, clinical practice is closely tied to curiosity and lifelong learning. He's passionate about continuing to train, sharing knowledge, and taking part in training other professionals. Outside the practice, he's also a father to two girls, an avid reader, and a fan of board games and wargames. He believes that finding a balance between vocation, family and personal wellbeing is possible — even if not always easy — and that those experiences, too, shape the way we understand people.
For both of us, private practice is a space to keep learning, growing, and practising Clinical Psychology in a way that is warm, rigorous and deeply human. It allows us to bring our experience and training together, while each keeping the particular outlook we individually bring.
More than working in the same way, we believe in the value of complementing each other. Two career paths, two ways of looking at things, and one shared purpose: helping children, adolescents, adults and families better understand what they're going through, and supporting them through their process of change.
